Banner Upgrade April 19-20

Banner Systems, including Leo Online, will be taken offline for an overnight upgrade beginning Saturday, April 19, at 10:00 p.m. The upgrade should be complete by 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 20.

During this time, no payments will be accepted in Banner or TouchNet, and no financial transactions can be processed in Banner Finance Module (including ChromeRiver).

Important Reminder:听Following the Banner upgrade, please clear the cache/cookies in whatever internet browser you typically use before attempting to access the Banner system. (Instructions for Chrome听.)

You must be connected to the 精东 network or VPN for this service to function properly.

Banner is the university's centralized academic and administrative records system that allows users to view and work with university data. Access the system through any modern web browser.

Because we value university data, we only grant Banner access to individuals whose jobs require it, and only at a level necessary to perform their job functions.

When you are finished with a Banner session, make sure you properly log out. Logging out of a web-authenticated service is not guaranteed until you properly exit the browser window. To log out, please ensure your browser is 'Closed' (Windows) or 'Quit' (Apple).

Request Banner access online at听. Once you have been granted access, you'll only be able to access Banner from the on-campus (wired) network or through the campus听VPN.
