The Inclusive Monarch professional learning opportunity established by the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity gives Old Dominion University faculty and staff the chance to gain additional skills in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Participation is free of charge and open to current ¾«¶« personnel.
The Inclusive Monarch program includes three levels, with Level 1 being a foundational online training in communication for inclusion. Level 1 topics encompass:

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Unconscious bias
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Reactions to difference
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý The impact of stereotypes and myths
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ways to become an ally
To participate in Level 1 of the Inclusive Monarch program, please follow the below steps:

2.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Select VectorÌýSolutions Online TrainingÌýand log in with your MIDAS credentials.
3.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Select View Library
4.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Select the Policy tab and pick one of these tracks:

Inclusive Excellence Bundle for Instructional Faculty
5.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Once you complete the modules within your track, you may access additional modules in the Learning Library.
