Researchers in Old Dominion University鈥檚 College of Health Sciences are currently recruiting participants for a study about ankle injuries and joint health. To participate, you must be between ages 40 and 59 years old. (Other eligibility criteria apply.) All participants will undergo diagnostic ultrasound of their ankles to assess thickness of the joint cartilage. In addition, balance and ankle range of motion will be assessed. Lastly, participants will wear an activity monitor for 1 week to track their level of physical activity.
