If you registered for classes any time after January 3^rd, 2025, student semester permit options should be available within 24 hours. If you are still not able to purchase student semester permit options feel free to contact ¾«¶« Transportation & Parking Services by phone at 757-683-4004, or email at parking@odu.edu. You can also come to our office located in the 43^rd & Elkhorn Garage at 4310 Elkhorn Ave, Norfolk, VA 23508, to purchase a student parking permit in-person.
